Summer 2020 Club Enrollment

Exciting News! The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Black Hills are preparing to reopen for summer programming! We will be opening our doors again on June 8th Please read this information thoroughly as there are many changes to our enrollment process.
In order to enroll for summer programming at the clubs parents/ guardians will need to take ALL of the following steps:
1) Each Club member will need to have a new enrollment form completed with up to date information and contact numbers. Please note that the membership forms have changed, and also include a COVID-19 related liability waiver that must be signed prior to registration. A link to the form can be found below.
2) Annual memberships fees for club members must be up to date. As a reminder, the annual membership is $25 per child.
3) Once the updated membership form is received, parents will need to review the BGCBH Parent and Member COVID-19 Safety Plan (link below) and then contact Charity Branum at the Hill City Club [(605) 574-2010] to schedule a time to attend a Zoom Safety briefing meeting during the week of June 1st. One parent or guardian from each household must attend a meeting in order for your child(ren) to be considered for summer enrollment.
Once all three of these items are complete your child(ren) will be considered for enrollment. Please note that we will have a LIMITED NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS available at each club for the summer. All of the above steps must be completed to reserve your spot so act quickly to make sure your child can attend our summer programs! If our registrations are filled, children will be put on a waiting list until slots become available. Priority may be given to families with at least one parent or guardian working in the following fields: healthcare, law enforcement, fire department, freight management (truck-driving), and grocery store employees.
